I had Nick as my sales professional, who listened to my opinion and respected what I had to say. It was a straightforward conversation from both sides with no pressure or convincing me to get something I didn’t want or need. I presented what I needed and Nick, along with the rest of the staff were courteous, professional and able fulfill my request and make the truck buying experience easy. It really shows that this dealership values their customers and makes it a point to take care of them before, during and after a sale. I would also like to express my appreciation for Lonnie, one of the finance managers, for his down-to-earth attitude, honesty and professionalism. I strongly encourage and recommend others making Freehold Ford their dealership of choice.

Freehold Ford and Salesman Mike Goldstein were fantastic! I’ll be honest when I first went to Freehold Ford I wasn’t expecting to buy a vehicle from them. They happen to be one of the few dealers in the area that had one of the new powerstroke diesels and I wanted to take a look at one. We made an appointment and they had the truck right out front to look at. Mike was the nicest and most honest salesman I have ever dealt with. I decided I wanted to order a F-250 and it was going to be from them. The process was so effortless with him. No stress or pressure and Mike truly treats you as one of his own friends. My truck came quicker then expected (3 months) and the one request I had for Mike was that when the truck comes in please not to touch it. Don’t wash it and leave all the plastic on as it comes from the factory and he did just that. Freehold Ford just has a down to earth family vibe that will keep me and many others coming back. I just purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco Heritage from here and I had the best purchasing experience! Nick G was our salesman and he is the absolute best! He made sure we were comfortable and I felt super welcomed even though talking business could get stressful! My mom and I heavily appreciate him as he was very understanding and genuine. Update 9/9: Took off 1 star because I was not impressed with their service department. As promised when I bought the car from them that I would take my car to them for service. They just didn’t live up to their part of the bargain. Since owning the Bronco, it has a few issues and I knew this was probable as the first year production. As such, as these issues piled up to a point I needed them addressed I called the service center to make an appointment. I wasn’t initially happy with the service when I first spoke to someone at Freehold Ford to schedule the appointment. When I was outlining my concerns, the gentleman on the other line sounded as if I was wasting his time and at one point cut me off saying he would not have his technicians drive that fast to recreate a potential problem I stated. I found that to bit off the mark since whatever they do to diagnose the concerns I’m bringing up is their problem, not mine, I would assume they have a way to figure these things out and to assume that I was asking them to break the law to diagnose my issue was nonsense. When I was there to drop off the truck one morning and I was outlining the issues again, the service advisor again cut me off And said we can’t have our technicians drive that fast to recreate the problem. I was annoyed at this point and simply said, thats not what I’m asking. He seemed to get more customer oriented from that point onward and thankfully so because I was already annoyed at how they were treating me like I was being a pest. In the end, they resolved only 1 issue and they couldnt recreate the other issues I brought up, even though as soon as I left the service center, the brake clicking/popping issue happened again. This is the first Ford I ever bought and I’m so far finding out that I have not missed out on anything. They’re an average dealership overall given this service after you buy the car. I’ll update my review again if they end up wowing me at some point in the future. Original Review: Had a great experience buying my Bronco from Freehold Ford. Originally made the reservation 18 months ago. When it got closer for my Bronco to arrive, Jacky and Mike were very helpful in keeping me updated on the status. When I got to the dealership when my truck finally arrived, the salesperson and finance officer were great. They did try to add on services to which I politely declined but they were not too pushy at all. I hope these dealerships do find another way to reward their employees so that the interactions can be more pleasant and healthy from beginning to end. I'm sure there's a way to do that. It's a sales-oriented business and I expected that, nevertheless, it was a great experience overall.

My Explorer was backed into on the drivers side rear and received damage. I brought my vehicle in for an estimate and ultimately it was repaired at Freehold Ford by their Collision Center. The staff at the Collision Center did an outstanding job in repairing my vehicle, to include using original Ford parts, matching the color of my vehicle and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Additionally, I was provided a loaner Explorer. My Explorer looks just like it did on the day that I bought it at Freehold Ford. Freehold Ford made a unfortunate situation an outstanding experience. I had a very easy time trading in my old vehicle and getting a 2020 F150. Love the vehicle and the place has a family feel to it. I had Nick as a salesman who was top notch and didn’t try to sell me more than I wanted. My financing was done by Lonnie who’s one of the most personable people you’d ever meet. He was honest, explained everything and always made sure I understood what was going on throughout the transaction. Thanks again Freehold Ford

I have been to many Ford dealerships over the years and Freehold Ford is by far the best. You definitely feel at home there. Our salesman, Nyheem was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and very friendly. The sales manager, Shane, was very helpful in getting us a great deal. Michael in finance was great and helped us with a quick and easy purchase.
